Rental Description

Great budget cine zoom lens set for documentaries, or lower budget cinematic shoots, especially with multi-cam setups. Works great with Nucleus &co for wireless focus, wireless zoom and aperture. Since they’re Micro 4/3, the equivalent focal length it produces feels like a 20-48mm and a 40-140mm would look on Super35. The mechanics are silky smooth, and the resulting image is gentle on the eye yet high in detail. We usually shoot around T3.5 with these lenses.

As parfocal cine lensrd, the DZO 10-24mm and 20-70mm T2.9 MFT Lenses from DZOFilm are designed to maintain focus as you zoom in or out.

The lenses have near-zero breathing, ensuring consistency in framing, and it provides rounded bikes thanks to a 12-blade iris. True to their cine design, they have a focus rotation of 270° and offer 26 focus marks along the range. Also, back focus adjustment of 19.2mm in small increments allows you to efficiently switch this lenses between different MFT-mount cameras. We set the back focus for the BMPCC4K, but it works across a broad range for Micro 4/3 cameras like the GH5, Blackmagic Pocket, ZCam, Blackmagic Pocket 4K etc.

The lenses have a durable all-metal housing.
