This fully loaded production combo essentially equips a full camera department : the Alexa 35 Body, cards and batteries, the Sigma Cine Zooms (18-35mm, 50-100mm T2), a wireless 7″ SmallHD 702 Director’s Monitor plus a 17″ SmallHD 1703 Video Village monitor, all wirelessly connected with the Teradek 4K LT 750 2Rx:1Tx, the Tilta Nucleus wireless follow focus, and the Sachtler FSB-8 Tripod with Speed Locks.

The Alexa 35 comes with the latest ARRI HDR Multi-Viewfinder-2 on its extending arm, 4x 2TB Codex Cards, 4x 150Wh High-voltage B-Mount Batteries, full rig and tripod/gimbal/shoulder mounting options, both PL and LPL mounts, a SmallHD 702 Bright monitor for the operator or 1st AC, and a D-Tap Splitter for auxiliary power.

The ARRI ALEXA Studio 35 Production Set is a camera and support system package that has been designed to suit the workflow of a traditional, high-end camera department. The mounts contain LBUS, and the camera featurs the Power Distribution Module PDM-1 as well as an ALEXA 35 Cine License (ARRIRAW and Open-Gate-width recording formats).

ARRI once again raises the bar for digital cinema capture with the ALEXA 35, a Super35-format camera boasting a new 4:3 4K.6 sensor that delivers 2.5 of additional dynamic range, improved performance in low light, and richer, more accurate color reproduction.

4.6K Super35 ARRI ALEV 4 CMOS Sensor
Key to the ALEXA 35’s amazing image quality is a new 4.6K Super35 CMOS sensor offering 17 stops of dynamic range, which is a robust 2.5 stops greater than prior ARRI cameras. Those 2.5 stops are split between 1.5 stops at the top end, resulting in filmlike highlight roll-off, and 1 stop at the lower end to see even deeper into shadows without overexposing other areas. Ideal for HDR projects and any backlit setups, the ALEXA 35’s wide dynamic range can also be a boon when tweaking your images in post.

—— HIGH ISO
With an EI of 160 to 6400, the ALEXA 35 offers higher sensitivity and lower noise than ever before in the ARRI lineup, even in low-light settings. An optional Enhanced Sensitivity Mode (EI 2560-6400) works with the camera’s wide dynamic range to produce nuanced images in darker environments and is ideal for impromptu or available-light capture.

——– POWER
The 24V ALEXA 35 camera can be powered using the included ARRI B-Mount battery adapter. The versatile B-Mount system can also power both 12 and 24V accessories, saving you the weight and space required when using two separate batteries. A PDM-1 Power Distribution Module is also included for adding seven more accessory power ports.

—- BATTERIES
The 4x Helix 147Wh Lithium-Ion B-Mount batteries are dual-voltage capable and support a maximum draw of up to 20A at 16.8V and 10A at 33.6v Each battery also features D-tap and USB accessory outputs to power additional gear.

The compact Mach4 charger features four bays to replenish all four batteries simultaneously at 4A. Put your batteries on to charge before a shoot, and you’ll be ready to go during production.

— OPERATOR MONITOR
Next to the ARRI HDR MVF-2 Viewfinder, this package also includes the SmallHD 702 Bright monitor, a lightweight 7″ operator monitor powered by D-Tap with excellent focus peaking, false colors, screenshot ability, unlimited ability to load external LUTs, adjustable backlight and a lot more.
